From the Morritt's website:
The One Bedroom Unit at Morritt's Tortuga Club (picture with the pool shows your view from the room) will comfortably sleep 4 people. With a fold out couch, separate living room found facing Swimming Pool, terrace with beautiful landscaped grounds, the apartment will offer plenty of elbow room.
Fully equipped kitchen loaded with Blender, Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Silverware, Dishes, Full Size Fridge, and Stove with outside grills too.
Morritt's Tortuga Club is by far the most popular timeshare property on Grand Cayman and has become a true "home away from home" for all the ever returning owners. Blessed with a true Caribbean atoll ambiance, Morritt's Tortuga Club vacationers feel far removed from the busy everyday life they have come to escape. With excellent snorkeling just by stepping in the water from the beach, it leaves very little reason to leave the resort to find more pristine surroundings. There are 3 pools you can enjoy. The 1 in the picture has a waterfall, swim up bar, hot tub and kiddie area. There is another pool that you can see the ocean, a hot tub and a swim up bar.
Morritt's Tortuga Club comes fully equipped with all the vacation toys, with a fleet of dive boats leaving right from the dock, excellent windsurfing equipment, pool bars, beach bars, restaurant, extensive activities program and nightly entertainment.
Morritt's Tortuga Club located in East End offers the true unspoiled part of Grand Cayman. A few minutes away from the Botanical Gardens, world famous Rum Point, East End Trail, Mastic Trail and above all, the charismatic and friendly little town of East End where some of the least expensive local bars and "local home" restaurants (they really are in East Enders homes) are found.
If scuba diving is the reason for your visit your choice could not have been better. The famous Cayman Wall is found within minutes of Morritts Tortuga Club and Morritts Grand four dive boats depart daily and arrive in one of the worlds best dive site within minutes. East End and North Side also offer some of the words best shore diving. I have personally dived all over the island. This has been my island of choice when it comes to the best diving ever experienced. The dive shop offers everything you need to enjoy all the wonders of the ocean. They have always been a truly wonderful, fun & just steps away from your room. Just a short walk to the dock to get the adventure started.
1 of the most amazing experiences is Scuba Diving and Stingray City Excursions: They will show you all of our underwater beauty with an 8 people per dive boat criteria.....Don't miss this tour. Up close and the experience of feeding and touching these amazing Stingrays.
Activities planned by the resort are a lot of fun. International food theme nights, island sight-seeing tours, Caribbean cooking demonstrations, beach sport activities and tournaments, basketball, Frisbee, horseshoes, volleyball, water volleyball, live island entertainment, island dance performances, dance contests, limbo contests, gong shows, pirates party, treasure hunts, table tennis. Selection of table games available. Chess, scrabble, yatzee, backgammon and the famous "Cayman Worry Game".
Having your own kitchen is so wonderful also grills outside for making your own meals. There is a grocery store that is walking distance. You can cook your own food. Or enjoy the food that the resort has at their ocean view restaurants. Or eat at the dock/bar and enjoy the ocean breeze. Two of the pools have a swim up bar you can order food while keep cool in the water.
